GIMME DAT BEAT FOOL!
The J-Zone remix album is available on CD and vinyl at most online rap sites and record shops now. J-Zone provides the beats for all of his favorite artists, from east to west and down south. CD includes 2 bonus tracks, one being the "Greater Later Remix" featuring Devin the Dude. Zone even drops a verse alongside his favorite rapper with a jheri curl from Compton. Heavy on the surprises and not your typical remix project folks. See full list of the artists Zone remixed, get more info and order at:

and other fine online rap stores. Limited supply, so get it b4 it's gone!
FIRST THE PATRIOTS WIN, NOW THIS...
J-Zone, Dick $tallion (now known as Black Je$u$) and DJ Contakt will be in New England in late March for a mini-run of shows:
3/25 Boston, MA @ The Western Front
3/26 Providence, RI @ The Green Room (w/ Access Immortal)
NO MORE QUESTIONS
It seems J-Zone might have to make "Q&A (Part 2)" soon. If he gets another "What's up with Lucy Liu?" question in an interview, he'll be forced to hang up the phone. Zone publicly deaded that issue (on this very site) and hasn't spoken of it in 3 years, but some writers don't do their homework by keeping current with the artists they're interviewing. Maybe because Zone is a journalist himself he feels this way. This among 3 or 4 other questions (i.e. "What's up with the Old Maid Billionaires?") that are no longer relevant but have come up every single interview for the past 3 years gotta go. C'mon journalists, get creative!
ESPN, BEYATCH!
Yup, you heard it if you saw the McDonalds Celebrity All-Star Basketball game on ESPN. About 10 seconds of J-Zone's "A Friendly Game of Basketball" was played going to a commercial when a time out was called. We were contacted kinda short notice, so we weren't able to post it on the site to have y'all tune in. Zone didn't get in the game like he wanted, buut he'll take the song being played for sure! Maybe it'll create some controversy and next year Zone can drop 30 points and 12 assists on Justin Timberlake...makin moves y'all!
BLACK JE$U$
Yes, the artist formerly known as Dick $tallion is now known as Black Je$u$. Not sure what sparked this move, but this is what we've been told. Hey, it beats hearing about the 50/Game beef all day.

Why waste your time with pointless facts? There's not much to write about at the moment, but we'll give everything else that is of importance a few lines of exposure: J-Zone & Celph Titled finished up the bulk of their supergroup debut LP as The Bo$$ Hogg Barbarian$. No release date or label yet, but it's sounding pretty raw and rude thus far, with a heavy funk influence. Bitch, you've been put on notice. Our guess is it should drop in the fall..Check for J-Zone's beat contribution to Copywrite's Cruise Control Mix Tape ("Happy Hour"), which will also be the first "12...More outside production efforts this year for J-Zone on upcoming albums from Casual, Access Immortal, Vakill, Vast Aire and Mighty Joseph (Vast Aire and Karniege) thus far. Zone also has a verse on The Beatminerz' "Check 1,2" on their upcoming Fully Loaded Wit Static LP. Big up to Mr. Walt and Evil Dee. More to come as the '05 rolls on.
